Manchester City wins the Premier League after Arsenal's loss

The fifth time in six seasons, Manchester City has won the Premier League after second-place Arsenal fell 1-0 at Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
With one game remaining, Mikel Arteta's team is still four points behind City after the Gunners' second straight loss.
As Forest is now protected from relegation in their first season back in the top flight after 23 years, Taiwo Awoniyi's game-winning goal had significant effects at the bottom of the league as well.
As Pep Guardiola's team faces Manchester United in the FA Cup final and Inter Milan in the Champions League final next month, City's championship victory may be the beginning of a triple.
Arsenal battled the reigning champions for the most of the season before losing its composure in the crucial final months.
Only two of their previous eight games have been victories, allowing City to easily over the finish line with three games remaining.
A boisterous atmosphere at the City Ground propelled Forest towards survival, and the visitors almost ever seemed to be scoring.
In the opening 20 minutes, Arteta's plan to start a back four without any established full-backs backfired.
Forest's comeback has been largely attributed to Morgan Gibbs-White after they only won one of their first 11 league games.
The sole goal was scored by the England under-21 international, who set up Awoniyi for his fifth goal in three games.
Forest were subsequently content to withdraw and protect their advantage, but Arsenal were a shell of the youthful, energetic team that had excelled in the season's opening weeks.
The closest they got to an equalizer was Bukayo Saka's feeble attempt, which Keylor Navas comfortably stopped.
The second-youngest Premier League team, Arteta's, has run out of gas just as City has reached its peak pace.
The freshly crowned champions have gone undefeated in 23 games across all competitions, including a 4-1 demolition of Arsenal last month when the teams faced off in a top-of-the-table matchup.
